One of the major attractions of the park is the Grevillea Robusta (Silver Oak) which is the first oak brought in Bangalore from Australia. There are approximately 6000 varieties of plants and trees in Cubbon Park Bangalore with around 68 genera and 96 species. Chamarajendra Wodeyar was installed in 1927 near the Tennis Pavilion which forms the central section of the park. Near the terrace garden, statue of Major General Sir Mark Cubbon is situated. For instance, in one corner of the park, near the Mahatma Gandhi Circle statue, of Queen Victoria was installed in 1906 while the statue of King Edward VII was installed in 1919. These beautifully carved statues are of various prominent personalities, adorning every corner of the park.

Cubbon Park Museum, Attara Kacheri, and Sheshadri Iyer Memorial Park are other sites to see nearby this park. The place serves as an oxygen center with more than 6000 trees. While Cubbon Park is a must-visit, there are several other iconic places in Bangalore worth exploring.

Sri Chamarajendra Park, more popularly known as Cubbon Park, is one of the largest and most beautiful green spaces in Bangalore. It depends on when you visit! NIMHANS Brain Museum offers a unique educational experience with preserved" human brains and organs, interactive sessions on neuroscience, and insights into Sri Chamarajendra Park brain anatomy. These tours provide deep insights into the history, botany, and architecture of the park. There are also ongoing efforts to implement better waste management and rainwater harvesting within the park to ensure its survival for future generations.
